Dave McManus

Dave McManus serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development.  Dave has over 20 years of sales, client account management and client relations experience in the mortgage default space.  He has the ability to work with all levels of management in organizations and has gained a well-deserved reputation in the industry for integrity, business acumen and reliability.  Dave also has widely acknowledged relationship skills.  Those skills along with his ability to gather and assimilate business intelligence allow him to understand key client needs and assist in the development and implementation of necessary solutions.


Jim O’Reilly

Jim O’Reilly serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Jim has over 25 years of senior executive leadership experience in the financial services industry including loan servicing, default services, loan origination, marketing, strategic alliances, joint ventures, portfolio acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions. Prior senior leadership positions include SVP & Director CitiMortgage/Citibank, SVP & Executive Director Countrywide Home Loans, SVP American Home Mortgage, SVP New Century Mortgage, and Norwest Financial/Wells Fargo. Jim has a BBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago, a MBA in Finance from Webster University in St. Louis, and AFSA Executive Development Program from the University Of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.


Tom Waters

Tom Waters serves as Vice President, Default Component Servicing. In this role, Mr. Waters focuses on development, implementation and enhancement of key client relationships. He has more than 25 years of experience working with banks, lenders and servicing groups in the Business Process Outsourcing arena. Prior to NBS, Mr. Waters served as EVP at Dynamic Recovery Services, a leading debt collection firm in Dallas. For eight years he facilitated the expansion of client services including, data exchange, compliance and vendor management components as well as performance metrics.
