Tom WatersTom Waters serves as Vice President, Default Component Servicing. In this role, Mr. Waters focuses on development, implementation and enhancement of key client relationships. He has more than 25 years of experience working with banks, lenders and servicing groups in the Business Process Outsourcing arena. Prior to NBS, Mr. Waters served as EVP at Dynamic Recovery Services, a leading debt collection firm in Dallas. For eight years he facilitated the expansion of client services including, data exchange, compliance and vendor management components as well as performance metrics. |
